With over two decades of high-level brokerage experience, Tony Arellano is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of DWNTWN Realty Advisors. He has established himself as a preeminent market leader and capital markets expert, specializing in complex commercial real estate within Miami’s middle markets. His expertise spans high-stakes value-add investment sales, urban infill development, and sophisticated landlord representation for institutional-grade mixed-use assets.
Tony’s track record is defined by strategic execution and a deep understanding of urban density and capital structures. To date, he has orchestrated more than $2.5 billion in total lease and sale transactions, encompassing over 500 successful deals throughout his career. His influence is particularly felt in the Greater Downtown Miami submarket, where his data-centric approach and capital markets fluency have helped shape the evolution of neighborhoods like Wynwood and the Design District.
His leadership and market impact have earned him the industry’s highest honors. In 2026, he was named to The Real Deal 100 as a Titan of the Year. He is also a perennial fixture on the Commercial Observer Power 100, recognized as one of the "Most Powerful Players" in commercial real estate, and has been featured on the South Florida Power 30 list alongside co-founder Devlin Marinoff.
A dedicated advocate for the industry, Tony served in 2016 as President of the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF), the region's largest local real estate organization. During his tenure, he focused on elevating the profession through data-centric events and advocacy.
Prior to co-founding DWNTWN Realty Advisors, Tony spent 11 years as Executive Vice President of a prominent local firm, leading their brokerage efforts and refining his expertise in urban core dynamics. Tony is a graduate of Florida International University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance.
