Prior to joining DWNTWN Realty Advisors, George had a successful 15 year career on Wall Street where he held a Series 7, 63, 24, 79, and 99 licenses. He specialized in managing and trading assets, both public and private, for high net-worth individuals, corporations, and investment funds. He also oversaw a salesforce of over 300 brokers as well as mentored and trained hundreds of newly licensed trainees into becoming producing brokers.
His financial background allows George to take an analytical approach to commercial real estate investing while also providing him with the perspective on how to find value where opportunities are scarce, competitive, or sometimes in turmoil. As an opportunistic focused real estate advisor, George is focused on finding value where dislocation in capital markets exist and where value can be found in high growth markets like Miami.
