CORE is our proprietary Enterprise Resource Management system, designed and coded in-house. It runs every deal we touch, sitting on top of relational databases holding some of the deepest ownership and transaction data in the middle markets.

Use the credentials issued to you when your CORE account was created. Access is limited to active DWNTWN Realty Advisors agents and staff.

Use Your DWNTWN Email
Your CORE username is your firm email address, the same one on your business card and listing pages. Personal addresses will not resolve.
First Time In
New agents receive a setup link by email when the account is created. Open it from your DWNTWN inbox and set a password before your first login.
Forgot Your Password
Use Forgot Password above and the reset goes to your firm email. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check spam, then email the office.
Keep CORE One Tap Away
- iPhone / iPad: open CORE in Safari, tap the Share icon, scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open CORE in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.
- Chrome on desktop: with CORE open, press the star in the address bar to bookmark it, or use the install icon in the address bar to run it in its own window.
- Mac: open CORE in Safari, then File > Add to Dock, and it launches like any other app.
