Bertille is Vice President at DWNTWN Realty Advisors, where she oversees the firm's operations and company growth, touching every part of the business.
She works closely with Managing Partners Devlin Marinoff and Tony Arellano, P.A., to set and carry out the firm's strategic priorities. She also supports the associate team across the business, streamlining research, transaction management, and day-to-day operations, and leads the firm's marketing and brand presence. She is involved in every listing from start to finish; shaping pricing strategy, preparing broker opinions of value, producing marketing materials, and guiding each deal through to closing, while supporting the associate team across research, transaction management, and daily operations. That range gives her an end-to-end command of the firm's business.
Originally from Paris, she moved to the United States to build her career and brings an international perspective to South Florida's commercial real estate market. Earlier in her career, Bertille was an acquisitions analyst at Saglo, a shopping center investment firm, where she worked with the acquisitions team to evaluate retail assets.
Bertille holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from FIU. During that time, she was a Research Assistant at the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University (FIU), where she contributed to academic research. By connecting technical research, acquisitions insight, and creative execution, she makes sure every asset she handles is positioned to perform in the market.
