Bertille serves as the Vice President and Marketing Manager at DWNTWN Realty Advisors, where she directs the firm’s multidisciplinary marketing operations and institutional brand positioning. Originally from Paris, France, Bertille relocated to the United States to pursue high-growth opportunities, bringing a global perspective to the South Florida commercial real estate landscape.
Working in close alignment with Managing Partners Devlin Marinoff and Tony Arellano, P.A., Bertille plays a pivotal role in executing the firm’s core strategic focuses. She serves as a critical bridge across the organization, optimizing internal workflows and providing high-level support to the associate team to streamline research and transaction management.
Bertille’s professional foundation includes significant institutional experience at Saglo, a prominent shopping center investment firm. During her tenure there, she worked closely with the acquisitions team as an analyst to evaluate complex retail assets.
At the core of her current approach is a sophisticated fusion of data science and financial fluency. Bertille is instrumental in the firm’s disposition efforts, leveraging her expertise in research underwriting and complex financial modeling to distill intricate asset data into compelling investment narratives. Her fluency in statistical programming allows her to engineer strategic marketing strategies that are backed by rigorous quantitative analysis.
Prior to her executive role at DWNTWN, Bertille served as a Research Assistant for the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University (FIU), where she contributed to specialized academic research. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from FIU. By bridging the gap between technical research, acquisitions logic, and creative execution, Bertille ensures that every asset under her purview is positioned for maximum market outperformance.
